Children Department Greetings in the Name of Jesus! We thank God for guiding the Children Ministry throughout the year. Proverb 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old, he will not depart from it." The Children Ministry was established in August, 1988.The Children Church started in March,1999. The Children involve in different activities at the Children Church Service. Sunday School Classes Church’s Sunday School is divided in four classes; Each class has two sections on Sunday. There is also competition for offering.There are other (32) Sunday Schoolcentres in different places around Yangon.Each centre consists at least (5) to (10) children. Other Activities We have Sunday School Teacher Training once in a year. We support some mission places in other towns and several Baptish Churches for the Children Camp. Sunday School Teachers meet and pray together for meeting and plans. The children always participate and prizes at YMCA center for Bible Competition.In December, Christmas Fund-fare, Christmas Drama and carol singing are special for the children. A song album was released and helped singing in another album. Social Activities We provide school fees and learning materials for poor children. We pray for the sick children and the matriculation candidates. We show love and support at the children’s Birthday occasion. Vision The children (1) To love and worship God whole heartedly (2) To share the Gospel to other children (3) To become good servants of God (4) To live and walk right with God (5) To reach their parents by themselves Prayer Request (1) To get Children Church Hall (2) To start Pre-School (3) To have the Summer Camp regularly (4) To get enough lessons and helpful materials (5) To get enough teachers We have seen fruits through the life of the children.The children become ministers in different areas and strong believers in the future.
